Expiring coupons...

So those of you who know my coupon organization system know that I save the entire insert from the papers and clip coupons as those items come on sale. Since I buy 4 newspapers, this means I have LOTS of inserts filed away at any given time! Many people ask me, "How do I know when the coupons are expired?" and "What do I do with my expired coupon inserts?"
